3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser and operating system used. This data is used solely to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve our services, and is deleted after a short time. It is not combined with other data sources.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) exclusively to handle your request. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

When you reserve a gift card, we process the data you provide (desired amount, optional message, contact details) to handle your reservation. Collection and payment take place exclusively in store.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics services. Only technically necessary browser functions are used, which do not require consent.

7. Fonts and external services

The fonts used (Playfair Display, Open Sans) are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other third parties. Maps are embedded as static images; only when you click on the map are you redirected to Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact enotrade@weinvinowine.com.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
